10/10
More of a guest house than a proper hotel, but it offers good value: a quiet, clean room, Wi-Fi, breakfast, and a large bathroom. The location was handy for walking to the metro, sights, shops, restaurants, the river, and more. The room was clean and quiet, and housekeeping did a good job. Breakfast items changed daily. I also appreciated the Wi-Fi and smart TV, which seems useful for families with kids. Mr. Alessandro was always around to help, including with tour tips and other questions. The only thing I might change is to offer more variety at breakfast.

We were in one of Rome's loveliest areas, and the B&B itself was excellent. Our room felt welcoming, looked lovely, and was very clean. The fridge was already stocked, with a nice choice of coffee and tea. Getting around on foot was easy from here. Alessandro was kind and practical, and coordinated our arrival just right. We were glad we took a dear friend's advice.

Alessandro's warm hospitality and helpful advice made him a great host. Breakfast delivered to the room was really convenient, too. The room and bathroom were roomy, spotless, and had everything we needed. The location is hard to beat, just steps from Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's Square. An ideal place to stay in Rome. I'd happily give it full marks, recommend it, and come back. Greetings from Treviso!

We loved Alessandro's hospitality, which was a welcome surprise in Italy. The service, cleanliness, and location were all absolutely spot on. We'd definitely come back to this great place in Rome.
