Claudia was attentive and very helpful with her guests. We had a lovely stay at Claudia Suite: the room was quiet and comfortable, and everything was very clean. It’s close to the historic center, about a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum. I’ll be back.

For the price, this is a great place, and I loved being able to walk to all the nearby sights. Just know the bathrooms are incredibly small. At 6'3", I could barely sit on the toilet. I’m fit, but I can imagine an obese person might have trouble fitting in there. There wasn’t anything else I disliked.

A good pick for a budget trip, with Campo di Fiore nearby for nightlife and Trastevere only a short walk away. The main tourist spots are also within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend it.

We were left waiting in extreme heat with my wife and two-year-old son, and nobody was there to check us in. After several calls, I was told they couldn’t find my booking details. I even asked the nearby police to help sort it out. It was a frustrating experience, so I’d never recommend the place, despite its location near the main station.
