We really enjoyed spending a few days here and meeting Gianluca. He gave us helpful tips on side streets and lovely places tourists might not know, plus traditional Italian spots for delicious, affordable pizza and pasta. The B&B has four spacious rooms, two shared bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, all very clean. It’s only 10 minutes from the Colosseum and close to other central attractions.

The location is amazing and close to everything, but Gianluca wasn’t very nice or polite. The internet was slow, and you can’t shower after 10pm. They collect the taxes in cash when you arrive, so bring cash if you’re arriving late: they also want to charge a late check-in fee. That makes no sense to me for an Airbnb, especially when even hotels don’t charge for that. Breakfast wasn’t bad, just coffee and one pastry, but you have to walk two blocks to a deli for it.

The rooms were clean, the host was nice, and there’s a kitchen. It’s very close to the centre, economical, and includes free breakfast. The Wi-Fi is slow, and you can’t shower after 10 at night. Watch out for mosquitoes in Rome!
