Street noise was a real problem, and the gap under the door let ants in. I also couldn’t find a bathrobe or safe, although both were listed as included. The apartment itself was generally clean and had nice lighting behind the bed. Breakfast was minimal, just a sandwich or croissant, a small coffee, and juice, though it was served warm on the second day, better than the first. The Wi-Fi password was long and mixed letters and numbers, and could have been written more clearly. I couldn’t connect until the third day, but once I did, the internet worked fine. Collatina Suites is okay for a weekend, but breakfast choices and soundproofing could be improved.

The rooms were clean, but the lights didn’t work properly, and the kitchen was unavailable while under maintenance. The shower is directly opposite the bathroom window, which wasn’t convenient. Breakfast was decent, one pastry and one drink, though you have to leave the building and go to the bar outside. Room service only runs from 06:00 to 23:00. The location wasn’t ideal for me: it felt like the middle of nowhere, about 40 minutes from the city centre, right beside two petrol pumps. It was very dark at night.

I loved it! The quality was great, everything was clean and fresh, and the distance from the centre was just right. The staff were friendly and helpful. If I had to suggest an improvement, it’d be breakfast: “breakfast included” usually means more than one drink and one sweet.

For the price, this was perfect. Good Wi-Fi, a nice bath, and a good TV made it the best hotel ever.

The staff spoke only Italian, and the place felt like it was in the middle of nowhere.
