There was no hot water for my morning shower, and the air conditioner didn’t work for the first 26 hours after I arrived. It was at least 94 degrees F outside that day, so the room was nearly unbearable.

The bathroom shower space is really small. If you’re over 1.85m or a larger person, getting in may be difficult. Aside from that, I had a great experience and recommend the place. Helena was a great host, and they let you store your luggage after checkout. The area felt pretty safe, with a metro station a couple of blocks away, several bus stops under a five-minute walk, and plenty of restaurants and trattorias for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Taxi drivers and apps can also find the address easily.

We had a fun, easy stay, and the hosts and caretaker were lovely. Luca, Francesco and Ms. Berta were accommodating and helpful. It’s close to a metro station and well priced for somewhere so near the coloseo and lots of other sights. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Luca was kind and available, which I really appreciated. The place is very well located, close to restaurants, monuments, and just about everything.
