The location is the one good thing here. The bathroom floor still had hair from earlier guests, and there were spider webs above the entrance. The staff were the worst part. We were given the wrong address when we booked, then reception sent us to the right one. When we got there nobody was waiting, so we called again. The person who'd just directed us there said we should have told them we were arriving, then told us to wait outside. About 20 minutes later a woman named Cristina showed up. She didn't greet us and was rude and condescending while showing us around. After I paid the tourist tax, I asked for a receipt and she said I should have asked beforehand. How would I know receipts weren't given automatically? I wouldn't recommend staying here unless, like me, you're in a hurry.

The balcony was a lovely bonus, and we really appreciated the daily room cleaning. The people who run the rooms were very sweet and kind, and kept in touch in case we needed anything. The Colosseum and metro are both about 10 minutes away. We had a great time. 🩷

The room was basic but clean, with a balcony, fridge, hairdryer and towels, and it was cleaned every day. The staff were lovely and very helpful. For a much lower price than other places, it had what we needed. The Colosseum is a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a supermarket at the end of the street. Breakfast wasn't listed as included when we booked, but tea, coffee and pastries were available in the kitchen. The room temperature suited us in February.

The location was amazing, and our four-person room and bathroom were clean. We only slept there, so it worked out well for us, but I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to spend the day hanging around the place. It's an apartment with four rooms, not a hotel with a reception. Breakfast was disappointing: packaged croissants, mini cake bars and little hard pies. There was no water, so we had to get our own, and coffee was the only good drink. For kids, water was the only option. We ended up going to a bakery for a more filling breakfast since we only had breakfast and dinner. The shower was partly broken, the cabin was hard to close, and the glass was brown at the bottom. Also, bring your own toothpaste, body wash and shampoo, since the amount provided was very small.
