CS Exclusive Campo de Fiori Palace

We stayed in apartment 1 on the first floor. The bedroom Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and mobile phone reception was poor too. The second bed in the sitting room and kitchen was useless. Several things needed fixing: the kitchen cabinet doors were loose at the hinges, the toilet control’s front plate was coming away from the wall, and seven of the eight bedroom ceiling lights were broken. It was also very noisy because of the upstairs neighbors.

I wish there were an option to give zero stars. I booked an apartment in mid-March for our Rome trip in July. The host confirmed it right away with a personal welcome message, then at the end of March said that apartment was unavailable and offered a similar one for the same price. I accepted, and we both confirmed the change. On May-4, the booking site told me the property could no longer host us. When I called, the host avoided the call and messaged that he was very sorry because he had too many bookings. Seriously? This feels like a business focused on profit with no commitment to customer service. I’m writing this so others are careful when booking here. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

The location is really good, but the rest was disappointing. The bathrooms and rooms were dirty, and our towels weren't changed during the 6 days.

Very good location, clean, and there are 2 bathrooms.
