We had a lovely stay in this spacious, cozy apartment, which was decorated really nicely. The temperature inside stayed just right despite the heat outdoors, and we didn't need to use the AC. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Colosseum, and the location is good. The host was polite and helpful, communication went smoothly, and I'd strongly recommend the place.

The quiet courtyard-facing windows reminded me a little of the old St. Petersburg "wells." Right downstairs there's a lovely cafe, Lutherano, where you can get breakfast and a delicious cappuccino. The Colosseum is about 10 minutes away as the crow flies, and the Holy Stairs are just 3 minutes away! We loved this apartment. It's 35 square meters, a good fit for a family of three, with a nice bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for a child. If you want to cook, everything you need is there. 😉👍

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower had plenty of space. The room and building felt welcoming, clean, and well looked after. I wanted to warm the room using the air conditioning since the radiators were off, but I couldn't find the remote.

The owner was kind, helpful, and accommodating about our various needs, and gave us all the information we needed. The apartment was cozy, private, and well furnished, just as described online. We had a vacation in Rome without all the usual logistical hassle. I hope it's available next time we come back.
