Whenever I get the chance to return to Rome, this is where I want to stay. Valentina is warm, welcoming, and charming, and her eye for design shows in all the thoughtful details. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and quiet, with comfortable beds that make it easy to rest. The shared kitchen is tidy and looks out over a lovely courtyard, with a landmark tower in the background. The guesthouse is in an authentic-feeling part of Rome, and it’s convenient for walking to Roma Termini, Sapienza, and other places.

Valentina was welcoming and friendly, and suggested some nearby restaurants. I tried one and really liked it. There’s also a shared kitchen with fresh fruit and snacks out, though I barely used it. The place stayed peaceful at night, with no noise from outside or other guests, and the bathroom, sheets, and every corner of the room were spotless. We had a wonderful stay here in Rome, my boyfriend and I. I’d seen someone compare it to Marriott before arriving, and I understand the comparison now. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Opening the windows made it feel even bigger, and the view outside was lovely. Church bells woke me gently each morning. It’s very close to Termini, so getting around was easy, and the Colosseum is about a 25-minute walk away. The neighborhood has shops, cafes, and the things you might need. For the price, the whole experience felt absolutely worth it. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, quiet place with nice surroundings and a warm host.

The mother and daughter who host the place were kind and helped with all our questions and concerns. Messaging them on WhatsApp was useful too. Thanks for making our stay in Rome feel clean and welcoming. We had a wonderful time.

A cozy place in a quiet area, and we had a great stay. Just keep in mind that both nearby metro options, Vittorio Emmanuele and Roma Termini, are around 900 meters away. That could be inconvenient if you’re carrying a lot of bags.

The hostess was friendly and welcoming, and the elevator was fun to ride. We got two beds, and everything in the room felt brand new. The towels were soft, and the room was very clean and comfortable, almost like a Marriott. I brought my mom to Rome and this place went beyond what I expected. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
