The woman at the desk was one of the sweetest people I've met in Italy. It's a lovely place to stay in Rome and a great deal. I'd book it again without hesitation.

The location is especially handy, less than five minutes from Termini Station. The place was clean, the welcome courteous, and the value for money excellent.
