We walked to just about everywhere in Rome, including the Vatican, which took around an hour. The location is about 15 minutes from Termini Station and the Colloseum, so we didn’t need to use transport during our stay. Simonetta was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, just as described, but that wasn’t a problem. It was nice overall, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was Italian, with only sweet food, but it got us going in the morning.

Friendly service, breakfast included, and the room had air conditioning, a fridge, and an espresso machine. Everything was nice and clean. The Colosseum was a 15-minute walk away and the matro was five minutes away. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I never got to stay because of COVID, so I can’t comment on the accommodation itself. When I asked about a solution, I felt they turned away from the problem. At first they offered a voucher, but never offered to return my money, so I had to accept it. It’s about to expire and travelling still doesn’t feel safe. I asked if they could extend it and got no reply. My emails and Facebook messages have also gone unanswered. I feel like I was badly cheated. I’m writing this because people should hear both the good and the bad.
