Deseo Home

We had a great time with our hosts, who were kind and accommodating, especially when we checked in very late. Breakfast was superb, with a much wider variety than some of the other places we looked at. The food at Vincenzo around the corner was amazing, and there was food and gelato within walking distance. The room was a bit small, and the bathroom was somewhat open, so water leaked out and left the floor wet. It was a minor issue since we weren’t staying long, and the hosts’ care and service made up for it.

The bus stop right outside Deseo Home and the main train station about a 10-minute walk away made it easy to get all over the city. The place was clean, private, and had excellent breakfast. I’ve stayed twice and had outstanding service both times. Sara was especially kind, helpful, and professional. She shared useful sightseeing tips and gave me a detailed map with all the important information, which made the trip much easier and more enjoyable. It was a high-quality stay with great service, and I’d definitely pick Deseo Home again.

The staff were incredibly kind, which mattered most to us. Everything else was great too: a very clean room, plenty of breakfast choices, and a good location. We definitely recommend the hotel and will come back. Thanks for everything!

We didn’t spend much time in the room, but it was nice and the location was good, about a 30-minute walk from the main attractions. The one downside was that I couldn’t get the TV to work. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. When we arrived, the receptionist explained everything we needed to know about Rome, and the cleaning staff did an impeccable job in our room every day. There was a great range at breakfast, with sweet and savoury options. The breakfast staff kept replenishing food whenever needed, and the cappuccio was delicious!
