A cozy, clean place in a convenient spot close to public transport. The host was friendly, and it felt like good value for Rome.

The location is fairly convenient, but I really don't recommend this place. The shared area wasn't very clean or well equipped. There isn't daily housekeeping like in a hotel, but they could at least leave an extra roll of toilet paper. The walls were dirty, and the bathroom brush needed cleaning too, since it had other guests' excrement on it.

The location is the one good point, especially if you're visiting the Caracalla Baths. Otherwise, there was no information at the property and no staff around. Cleaning was superficial, the towels were torn, and the soap dispensers were unhygienic. The old air conditioning was faulty and noisy all night, leaving us to choose between that and the mosquitoes. I'd only suggest it for a very short getaway.

The area was peaceful and quiet, and the cleanliness was excellent. The room and private bathroom looked beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. This lovely B&B met our expectations, and the host was kind and helpful.

The sound carries so much between rooms that we could hear practically everything and couldn't get any sleep. The place is affordable and well located, but the poor soundproofing was a real problem for us.
