The shared kitchen worked well for everyone, and the staff were incredibly helpful with a great sense of humor. The host spoke excellent English and was friendly, helped with everything we needed, recommended great places to eat nearby, gave us a map, and let us leave our luggage after checkout so we could explore freely. The apartment was spotless, with bed linens and towels changed every two days. It was easy to find, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We were close to the metro, a 24-hour Carrefour market, and plenty of good breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots. Vatican City was super close, too, so we enjoyed walking there without needing transport.

Tatiana was a friendly, caring host who kept in touch and looked after her guests. The room was cleaned carefully every day and always felt fresh and tidy. It had a fridge, air conditioning, a TV, a large mirror, and a hair dryer, and you could ask for a kettle as well. The hotel is a cozy place to rest, with a location that makes it easy to reach Rome's main historic landmarks. I highly recommend it.

The room was really nice, and the service was incredibly kind, but we had two serious problems. After a long trip, the hot water ran out five minutes into my shower and never came back. Management didn't respond when we asked about it. Then we couldn't sleep at all because of a party in the apartment above us. Even though that apartment wasn't hotel property, I'd paid to rest and get a good night's sleep. I think the hotel should call the police or take whatever steps are needed to uphold its part of the agreement with a customer.

The staff were so nice, and the room was spacious, modern, and very clean. It's a two-minute walk to the subway and very close to the Vatican. Everything was great, strongly recommended!

The room was nice, and the hosts were very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again on a future trip to Rome.
