Caterina was really helpful when I told her my flight would land before check-in time. She arranged for me to check in early. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and she set up a dining table in the kitchen and invited us to have breakfast and help ourselves to food in the fridge. WiFi, hot water and the other utilities all worked well. We relaxed on the balcony with its nice view after a long day exploring. I’d stay here again if I return to Rome.

My mom booked this hotel for June 17th-21st, 2025, but couldn't travel because of the war between Iran and Israel. They never replied to our emails, phone calls, or WhatsApp messages about canceling and getting a refund. This feels like a scam. Don’t trust them, they’ll rip you off!

The rooms were quite good, spacious and very clean, with a nice balcony. The owner provided great service, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It’s not super close to the center, but Bus 8 stops around the corner and comes very often.

We love this place. It’s a lovely option for a couple or a family, with very clean rooms and easy transport into the city center. The people working there are absolutely lovely and kind. If I travel again, I’ll definitely stay here.

The owner is kind and will help with whatever you need. The place is pretty clean, breakfast is tasty, and it’s not far from the city center. One of the best B&Bs you could find in Rome. Choose it and you’ll be completely satisfied!
