The apartment was warm and comfortable, with a big spa, and there’s a shared kitchen in the building with a coffee maker. We were excited to try the spa, but the jacuzzi wasn’t clean and smelled strange once we switched it on. Some towels and blankets were stained as well. The staff were really friendly and held our bags in storage so we could check in early and check out late. That helped a lot, since we couldn’t have explored the city with all our big luggage. Finding the entrance was confusing, though: there were no clear signs or board, and the entrance door is shared with another building. I’d definitely coordinate your arrival with them.

Daily housekeeping kept the place very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The area is quiet, with an excellent restaurant nearby. I’d recommend staying here. The advertised jacuzzi wasn’t very inviting, since the jets looked like they needed a good clean. Staff didn’t speak English, but we got by with a translator. We had to wait a few minutes to get in at check-in, which was a small issue and could be improved.

The room was big enough for the three of us, and generally everything was good. I may have misunderstood whether parking would be reserved for us, but we got lucky: the garage the owner recommended took our car even though they said they were full.

At first the hotel seemed okay, but looking more closely, the bath was deteriorating and the shower was dirty, with someone else’s hair in it. The place is poorly maintained overall. For the price, I expected much better.

The rooms were nice, and the staff were OUTSTANDING. The place is in a courtyard inside an apartment complex, which made it feel very safe. There’s plenty to like here, and the only real snag was the windows, which are skylights. When it rains they close, and the room can get a bit stuffy. A small problem next to all the good things.
