The apartment is close to Campo di Fiori and the Vatican, with other monuments nearby. There are lovely streets full of shops and bakeries around here. The market at Campo di Fiori runs during the day, and in the evening there are good places to eat. It’s a beautiful area, though quite expensive, and crossing the river gets you to a much cheaper part of town. Breakfast was included, with croissants, milk, butter, and jams. The heating worked, but the apartment still felt chilly. The bed was somewhat hard, and I could feel the sofa springs. I understand the owner planned to renovate in June, so maybe the comfort will improve.

The living room gets lots of light, and the sheets and towels were changed halfway through the week. The apartment is well placed for walking to many monuments, then coming back to rest in the middle of the day.

We had an easy, hassle-free stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and the little apartment is just a short walk from Campo Fiori and Sant'Andrea della Valle.
