DRRome Spanish Luxury Suites

We’ve come back two or three times, and it’s been a pleasure each visit. It’s close to everything and gives you amazing value for money.

I’m grateful to hotel direktor Simona. She helped me get a train ticket to the airport and then guided me to the station. Such a warm, welcoming hotel team. Big recommendations! Greetings from grandpa!

The rooms are spacious, beautiful, clean, and well cared for. This is excellent accommodation, and host Simona was the best. She shared really useful tips to help us have the best stay possible. Thank you, Simona. I’ll definitely come back.

The worst part started as soon as I reached Rome: after a flight, a train and the metro, with my luggage, I found the door shut. They had confirmed my booking and taken the full payment for two nights, but nobody let me in. I had to urgently find somewhere else to stay. The host was rude and no help at all. Calls and messages went unanswered, which left me stranded and stressed in a foreign city. This was my first visit to Rome, a place I’d wanted to see for a long time, and the experience badly colored my impression of it. I spent a substantial amount of money for nothing. This felt like a badly managed rental apartment, not a hotel, and I can’t recommend it to anyone. I gave it 1 out of 5. Places like this shouldn’t be listed on Booking or other booking services, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
