Just a three-minute walk from the Spanish steps, with the Trevi fountain about ten minutes away. The location is really good. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet despite being near the street, and had AC. For the price, it was a nice, affordable hotel. Breakfast was included, with toast, prosciutto, cheese, coffee, and some pastries. Nothing fancy, but good quality and enough to start the day. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a hotel in this area.

We noticed someone had been in our room on two separate occasions during our five-night stay. We’d told staff we didn’t need cleaning and arranged to exchange towels outside the door. We always put a small item behind the door so we’d know if anyone came in while we were out. The owner called us liars and wouldn’t show us the CCTV footage. We’re worried there could be something nefarious going on, hidden cameras or something else??? If you care about feeling safe, spend a little more time choosing and stay away.

We spent two nights in the triple room on the first floor in March 2023, with two friends. Check-in was easy, and A. welcomed us. Reception is open until 15:30. He was polite and friendly throughout our stay. The room looked just like the photos and was big and convenient, with large wardrobes. It was warm on cold days, clean enough, and the sheets were very clean. I really liked the room’s style, and the bathroom was awesome. We could see the Spanish steps from the window, yet it was quiet even though the street has fashion shops and cafes. The building entrance smelled a bit, but it didn’t bother me. Breakfast was okay for getting the day started. It was definitely worth the money. I’d recommend it and come back.

The service impressed me, too. The staff were so nice, welcoming, and reliable. The place is a real gem in the centre of Rome, with what felt like the best location in town. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance, which is handy since getting around Rome can be a bit tricky.
