Emi's Guest House

Emiliano made us feel at home right from the moment we arrived. He was always available for questions, quick with local tips, and clearly cared about making our stay enjoyable. The guesthouse is close to the Vatican and major sights, yet the area is peaceful and quiet. Our room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with coffee and pastries provided each morning. This stay exceeded our expectations. I can honestly say it was perfect in every way, and I'd highly recommend it for a stay in Rome. 10/10.

We could walk into the city center in about 15-30 minutes, depending on where we were going. We stayed in room 3, which has a private bathroom and a small balcony with a great view. The kitchen had everything we needed and was shared with guests in the other two rooms. Breakfast was included, along with coffee and tea, and they cleaned daily at 10 a.m. Emiliano was the best part. He's kind, friendly, and knows a lot about Rome and beyond, so have a chat with him. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Thanks, Emiliano, you made our time in Rome better! 😊

Emiliano was welcoming and very helpful. The guest house is neat and tidy throughout, with lovely decor, and the rooms have just been redecorated to a high standard. It's close to the Vatican, and the price was good. Guests can use the information, books, maps, free WiFi, and guides. We had a very good experience for the money and would definitely return.

The shared kitchen has everything you'd need, and I fell in love with the Italian moka coffee pot. It can be shared by two groups of guests at a time. The place was beautiful and clean, with a great balcony. It's right by the Vatican, and there's a nearby bus stop with direct access to central Rome. Emiliano gave us a warm welcome and was always available if we had questions. A great guest house for a trip to Rome!
