Excellent Trinity Rooms

We'd absolutely come back. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and nicely furnished, and the service is far above what you'd expect from a B&B. Blanca is lovely, and breakfast is worth treating yourself to: she prepares and serves it just for you with fresh, local products. The location is hard to beat, between two of Rome's best-known landmarks, on a quiet street with little traffic. It felt like a dream, perfect for a romantic getaway.

The service was awful. The bathroom didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was having problems too. The people there were unpleasant and seemed to have no interest in helping.

We could walk to everything from here, and the rooms were spotless. The host put out a varied breakfast, and the coffee was the best we had on the trip. Service was impeccable and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The room was a decent size and the location made it easy to get around Rome on foot, but the stay was a letdown after reading the reviews. It didn't match what the online listing led us to expect. There was no breakfast, and getting help was difficult because the front desk was usually empty. When we asked for water, we got a tiny bottle reluctantly, and were told to buy more at the corner store. We also never received the check-in instructions mentioned in the booking note. We had to ask for the code on the day, then call in a panic from outside. The staff member kept saying she'd sent it through Booking.com, though we hadn't booked there. After that, asking questions made us feel like a nuisance. A note on the blinds accusing us of trying to mess them up said, “this is not a game,” which was strange and passive-aggressive. They woke us at 9:30 a.m. to say that was the only time our room could be cleaned. The elevator did work, but it was old, slow, and finicky on the fifth floor. Service and hospitality were poor, especially compared with the rest of Italy.
