We were turned away at 1 PM on checkout day and weren’t allowed to leave our luggage because we were no longer staying at the hotel. I’d booked this place partly because the website said luggage storage was available, and they’d said we could work in the reception area, which had tables and WiFi. Honestly, they don’t change the door codes, so we could have come back in anyway. The staff were just being difficult for no reason.

The towels were the strangest part. A sign on the bathroom door said they’d only be changed every three days for the sake of the environment, and if you needed them sooner, each type cost €1 or more. The place also had another hotel’s name, BonTon?, all over it, which made me curious. The online photos looked much nicer than the actual place. Maybe it once looked like that, but our room, number 1, had no wall decorations, as if they’d been removed, and the paint and ceiling were badly chipped. The TV was tiny, about 20 inches, with spotty cable. The bed had sheets but no comforter or duvet. It felt like a dull, barely adequate place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it. Spend $10 more a night and stay at a real hotel.
