Babuino Superior - Spanish Steps

We stayed with family in June and found the place clean throughout. The owners and staff were so helpful, even arranging late checkout and a place for our bags after we left. Our family suite had plenty of room, a separate space for my son, and a lovely balcony. It's cosy and homely rather than fancy, but in my opinion had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, a few minutes on foot from the Spanish Steps, with easy access around Rome if you don't mind walking. There's also a taxi rank near the Steps. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

When I became very ill during the trip, the landlord helped me find a clinic that treats travelers. The landlord and housekeeper were both kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful, cleaned and stocked with water and snacks each day, and close to the Spanish Steps, shops, and attractions. It doesn't have the usual hotel setup many Americans expect, such as a 24-hour desk or breakfast buffet, so bear that in mind. For my friend and me, it was pretty close to ideal. Gracie!

A wonderful place, with a premium location and exceptionally clean rooms. The apartment is compact but just right for three people. The host and staff were super friendly and took care of every special request.

We got to check in almost right after arriving early in the morning, and Marco helped arrange a ride from the airport. The location by the Spanish Steps was great. Our room felt dated, but it was spacious and had a large private balcony. The bathroom was small but usable. Think of it as an Airbnb with daily housekeeping and water restocked in the mini fridge, not a staffed reception throughout the day. There aren't amenities beyond the room.
