Four Rivers Suites in Rome

We were given a useful list of nearby cafes, bars and restaurants when we checked in. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the clean, modern room was kept in good shape. Ours had a balcony facing the street, with the suites just off Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. That meant we sometimes heard traffic, though it never got loud enough for us to use the complimentary earplugs we were offered. Restaurants, cafes and shops fill the area, and the main sights are about a 20-30 minute walk away. We stayed in a lovely room and would highly recommend Four River Suites in Rome.

The hotel made check-in and checkout easy, and even provided information and an umbrella that came in handy. The rooms were spacious and clean. A great stay right in the heart of Rome, with a really good location.

Our interior room was so quiet, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. It had a high ceiling, a tea kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge. Everything was clean, too, without the chemical smell you sometimes get from strong cleaning products. The staff were really nice and friendly. We'd definitely return.

The location made it easy to walk to Rome's main sights, so we didn't need transit or taxis unless it was extremely hot. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and daily cleaning and service were excellent. There's a small fridge and kettle in the suite, which made it easy to have breakfast in the room using takeaway options nearby. The price seemed reasonable for a room in the center. Our suite was clean and modern, though there was street noise, as you'd expect in the heart of the city. There also weren't many outlets by the bed for plugging in equipment like a CPAP. The staff tried to find a power strip so the extension cord would reach, which I appreciated. I've run into that issue elsewhere in Europe, too. I'd stay here again.
