The team made us feel so welcome, and they were kind and helpful throughout. They answered all our questions, helped us plan our time, and shared great recommendations. The hotel is also in a perfect spot, close to both the city center and train station. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had a really nice stay, and the price was reasonable for a comfortable place. Huge thanks to everyone for their warm welcome and support. I’d recommend it! 🙏💙

We stayed with friends in a triple room and were happy with everything. For the price, it’s a great place. I don’t get why the rating is so low.

We couldn’t stay even though we’d paid for the room, and they wouldn’t check us in. Staff weren’t helpful and asked us for something that hadn’t been mentioned on the booking page or anywhere else. Be careful if you’re planning to stay here. If you’re after a terrible experience, this is the place!!

The soap was left over from previous guests, and there was no food. The laundry shown in the online photos is actually the lobby. Rooms are in apartments with shared bathrooms. The water kept switching between hot and cold, so having a shower was uncomfortable.

They wouldn't let me stay because I had a residence permit and they insisted that a passport was mandatory. There was no information about that on the facility's booking page. I wouldn't recommend this place. Watch out for a scam.
