Gaias Room BB

Anna welcomed us warmly into her home and took care of anything we needed. Her breakfasts were amazing and made me feel very spoiled. Our bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean, with thick, fluffy sheets and pillows on a very comfortable bed, plus a modern bathroom. It was the best B&B I've ever stayed in. If you're visiting Rome for the first time and sleep lightly, bring earplugs. There's a lot of traffic during the day and night.

The owner was very helpful and served an excellent, varied breakfast, with continental options like coffee and croissants as well as English-style eggs and toast. Everything was delicious, and she even prepared sandwiches for our departure day. She paints beautifully on glass, and many of her pieces are displayed around the apartment. It was our first stay here, and the location worked well, about a 15-minute walk from Roma Termini train station. Our room and bathroom were separate from the owner's apartment, very clean, and equipped with what we needed. There was quiet air conditioning, a fridge, and a safe. We highly recommend it!

The room was cozy, and the bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the welcome basket, and the mini fridge, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi all worked. The owner was very kind and always available. The location is excellent, right behind Termini Station, with plenty of buses and trams passing just outside. You're never left stranded. We'll definitely come back!

The hostess was exceptionally attentive and served a premium breakfast. The room was functional, clean, and tastefully decorated. The one downside is that you can only reach your room by walking through the family's living area.
