It felt more like staying in a house than a hotel, and for the price I thought it was a bit expensive compared with other options. The place isn't near the center or a bus stop. You collect your keys yourself and shouldn't expect room cleaning or help with anything. There's no view, the balcony is closed, and you have to be extremely quiet, even when breathing.

We ate lunch and dinner at St Joseph, which is a must. There are plenty of good local restaurants nearby, too. The place is a converted ortm with four rooms, and the host was really helpful. It's close to a metro station that gets you into Rome in less than 30 minutes, so you can avoid the stress of driving and the high bills. Highly recommended.

The service from the host was lovely, friendly and kind, and breakfast was good quality. The facilities were very clean, and the room had all the comforts I needed. It's in a peaceful area near a metro station, a nice spot to relax. I'd book the same place again if I visit Rome.
