Umberto and Rosa made the stay feel personal and helpful in a way I don’t think a hotel would. They speak great English, communicate well, and were extremely accommodating. Their local suggestions covered tourist sights as well as where to find good gelato, pastries, and food. The location is central, with both A and B Metro lines, taxi stands, Termini Station for trains to other cities, restaurants, and sights nearby. The Coliseum is a very short walk away. I really see Umberto and Rosa as new friends in Rome, and I’d gladly visit again. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great three-night stay. The rooms were neat and very clean, and our hosts gave us a fantastic welcome that made us feel at home. They shared good suggestions for typical restaurants and places to visit. Rosa and Umberto aren’t always at the B&B, but we could always reach them by phone. I highly recommend it.

Giusy went way beyond what we expected from a host and treated us like family. Since it was our first time in Rome, she helped us figure out how to get around and make the most of the sights and things to do. The living quarters are modern and kept clean. This is hands down the best place to stay in Rome, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we visit. Cheers!

The owners welcomed us so warmly, and even added a few sweet touches for Valentine’s Day. There was a note and a chocolate every day, which I really enjoyed. The room was clean and the beds were good. Thank you, I had a lovely stay at this B&B.

I spent five nights here and had a fantastic stay. Rosa and Umberto were easy to reach by phone, and they gave me great tips for local restaurants and attractions. The rooms were spotless and well cared for, and I felt right at home. I highly recommend the place.
