The shared kitchen was stocked with plenty of breakfast snacks for visitors, and we had our own small bathroom. Just to be clear, this is a bedroom in a shared flat, not a private apartment. The owner is very attentive, and I keep recommending the place to anyone planning a trip to Rome. Supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, the metro and Vatican City are all just around the corner. Great experience and location! For the Vatican, buy tickets ahead of time on the official Vatican page, not from the street scammers.

The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and breakfast tasted great. Francesco is an extraordinary host. The property is in what I think is the best location in Rome, near the Ottaviano metro and about five minutes from the Basilica San Pietro. The neighborhood felt very safe. It’s the best location I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return!

We’ll come back! It’s a cheap place, but the host was kind and everything was clean and beautiful, with free snacks and coffee. The location is good, easy to reach the center and close to public transport. ❤️
