It’s a large apartment with three rooms, each with its own bathroom, and a shared dining area. Our room had air conditioning, a small balcony, and a little fridge. The metro station is close, and you can walk to the Vatican. We booked by email and I asked for lots of details and confirmation. They answered all my messages, communicated well throughout, and sent clear directions. We paid in cash at the property. We had a very good experience.

For the price, these are great accommodations. The Vatican is nearby, and plenty of good shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The owner was very kind. We messaged over WhatsAPP before we arrived and on the day, and he helped us find the place. He even met us near the last metro stop, which was really thoughtful. The location is handy, with the train a five-minute walk away, groceries three minutes away, and a BPM bank ATM two minutes away. If you need an affordable room in a great spot, this is it. Our room was clean, but the shower door and shower head were broken, and the drain was slow enough that water pooled while we showered. The AC didn’t get very cool, and the mini fridge took a long time to chill drinks. The walls are so thin you can see light from the other room above the window. We had no problems until our guest-mates started making a crazy amount of noise when they left in the middle of the night. It’s basically an AirBnB-style room rental.

The shared kitchen is worth knowing about, though every room has its own bathroom. The house manager was enthusiastic and easy to talk to, and the place was cleaned every day. It’s a really clean, modern apartment, just five minutes on foot from Cipro metro station. I’d strongly recommend it.
