Green 152 - Luxury Apartments Rome

It wasn't clean, and the inside didn't look like the pictures. Most of the devices didn't work properly.

Stay away. They took my money and couldn't even be bothered to respond. I tried emailing and calling to book directly and avoid Booking fees, but heard nothing, so I booked through Booking.com instead. On the day before I was due to arrive, I had a sudden heart problem on the plane to Rome. Thankfully I was able to get off before it took off. I immediately called Booking to ask about moving the reservation to next year, when I'll be back with friends. They contacted Green, but got no reply for several days. I emailed Green and called repeatedly over a couple of days too, with no response. Then today my card was charged the full amount. I know the reservation had a no-cancellation policy, but every other hotel and small group tour I had booked refunded me or gladly rescheduled after the medical emergency. These people didn't answer emails or calls. I travel to Italy every year and have never had such a bad experience or seen so little regard for someone's circumstances. Other reviews also say it's hard to reach management. I'll never consider staying here again, and I hope you won't either.

There hasn't been any hot water in the apartment for two days. The owner says he's in touch with the building maintenance team but can't do anything. Avoid this apartment, it's a scam.

The apartment was quiet and pleasant, in a peaceful part of Rome. It was furnished with premium materials.
