We had a delayed late flight and didn't arrive until 3am, but Valter stayed awake and waited for us out on the street to let us in. He kept in touch on WhatsApp the whole time and his English was perfect. He was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed, including drinkable tap water, a microwave and coffee machine in the little kitchen. There were two bathrooms, a super-comfy bed, and a cosy room. The owner can also open the entrance remotely through an app. It felt like staying in a local's apartment in Rome. Our visit was short, but perfect, and we can't recommend Valter's home enough.

We booked this place months ahead for 17-21 September. When we arrived on the 17th at 15.00 h, it was closed, with nobody there. We couldn't reach the phone number posted on the sign. The manager finally answered an hour later and said he was out of Rom and the property was closed. They hadn't bothered to tell us beforehand, which was unbelievable. We had to find somewhere else at the last minute. We couldn't trust this place and definitely wouldn't recommend it. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Public transport is really close, and you can get to the center in 20 minutes. Mr. Valter was a wonderful host, friendly and helpful, and seemed to know everything about the city. He was available for us 24 hours a day. Thank you, Mr. Valter! :)

Mr. Valter was genuinely kind, quick to help with any needs, and gave us great tips about the city and its sights. The house itself is simple, tidy and clean. The cosy rooms are modestly furnished but have what you need. In the shared areas there’s a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, but no stovetop. That’s fine given all the restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.
