Carlo was just lovely, and we'd definitely stay again. Breakfast was included and served at a French restaurant at the end of the block. The continental breakfast was amazing, especially the pastries. We loved the many great restaurants in the area. The place is a little away from the city center, which my husband and I actually enjoyed. We took fairly long walks to the tourist destinations and got a cab for the ones farther out.

There's a really authentic Italian feel as soon as you enter the property. The rooms have what you need, with comfortable beds and good-sized rooms and bathrooms. A great place to stay while visiting Rome. I'd recommend it to anyone considering staying here, and I'll look to book it again next time I visit.

Sightseeing and the Vatican are a short hike away, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops right outside. It's a beautiful place with a very friendly host, and that classic Italian style comes through in all the details. We also got great help with tourist questions and just about anything else. Can't go wrong here.

Breakfast was at a nearby venue rather than the guesthouse, and it was Italian style, so don't expect omelettes or fruit. You get a coffee of your choice, juice, and a sweet pastry, such as a croissant with your choice of filling. We thought it was delicious. We loved the room and breakfast, and the owner was friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely stay and everything I could ask for.

The room has an authentic Italian feel with modern necessities, especially the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver. The owner Carlo was so helpful and lovely to talk to, and sent very detailed check-in instructions on WhatsApp. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance. Definitely recommend!!!
