A good value choice for a short stay. The rooms were cleaned regularly and thoroughly, and even though we shared a bathroom, it never felt like a shared one, unlike at other hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were very welcoming. We checked in a little earlier than planned, and the lady was kind and understanding. Breakfast was nice, with fresh pastries, and there was air conditioning. Highly recommended.

I contacted the hotel almost three weeks before my August arrival, after mistakenly booking August instead of September. The dates and room were still available, and I offered to pay extra to change the reservation. They refused, citing some unexplained 12-hour deadline that had passed. For five days I sent dozens of messages asking for help, then they stopped replying altogether. They'd already taken the prepaid 250 euro, knowing I couldn't come. This feels very much like a FRAUD. Hope that money makes you happy, but remember, you could lose much more. If you stay here, don't expect anyone to help. It feels like the usual attitude in Italy, where customers don't matter in the long run because new tourists arrive every day.

Mario and his wife were lovely, always ready to help, and made us breakfast in the kitchen each morning. The rooms were clean enough and perfectly worth the price. It's a cozy, affordable place to stay in Rome, especially if you're getting around by public transport. The main train station is very close, with plenty of buses and metro options. The surrounding area isn't the best, though.

The price was good compared with other places offering similar check-in and check-out times. It's right by bus stops and very close to Termini station, the main subway station. Signs were easy to read, and breakfast was a good size and tasted good, even for someone like me who eats American portions. Rooms, bathroom, and shower were clean. They cleaned daily and kept the linens fresh, and the staff were very friendly. A few hassles, though: our key never opened the building's main door, so we had to buzz someone in throughout the stay. We never waited more than five minutes. After 11pm, the Wi-Fi seemed to stop working until 8am. The area felt shady, and I wouldn't recommend walking there after 11pm, especially with luggage. There's only a tiny bit of paper outside on the wall saying 2f, so otherwise it's hard to find.
