The room isn’t spacious, but it has the standard facilities, including a TV, a private bathroom, and, most importantly, free Wifi. The staff are very nice, polite, and helpful. You’re just 200 away from the north exit of Roma Termini station, with restaurants, a supermarket, and other things close by. A hidden GEM in the Termini crowd, PERFETTISSIMO for travelers looking for nice, secure accommodation instead of a hostel.

The building is old, which is the main downside, though it gives the place the charm of real ancient Rome homes. Hygiene was amazing, and the personnel were very kind. It’s near the metro and bus station, which is a bonus. A nice place to rest on a short vacation.
