We spent one evening having drinks at the rooftop bar, where the bartender was kind. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful as well. The hotel was in a perfect location, very walkable and close to a great gelato place and lots of delicious restaurants. It was quiet even out on our balcony in the evenings. My only wish was that it had a pool. Rome was HOT!

Bakar in the lobby was so friendly and kind to our kids. The rooftop bar was a great place for a drink before dinner, with good service and a kid-friendly atmosphere. The hotel was very clean and the service was incredible for a three-star place. It’s right in the heart of Monti and a quick walk from the train station. We’d stay here again when traveling to or through Rome.

We spent five nights in Rome with two adults and our three-year-old, and it was a pleasant stay. The staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was good enough, and the location was convenient between Termini and the Colosseum. You can walk to the main stops. I’d recommend it.

What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I slept really well in the lovely, comfortable room, with its large, comfortable bed. The toiletries smelled great and included lotion, which many hotels leave out. The towels were great too, wrapping all the way around after a shower. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was a 10/10 stay.

I only wish I’d booked a longer stay at Hotel Raffaello. The room was comfortable and spacious, customer service was excellent, and the location was prime. The rooftop bar was gorgeous, though a bit pricey. Everything about the hotel was absolutely perfect. Make sure you get a room here when you’re in Rome.
