A great place to stay in Rome.

Please read these comments. I stayed here because of my health, especially for my six-month-old daughter, who needed surgery at Bambino Gesù. The only good thing was that the place wasn’t far from the hospital. We got there after leaving by ship and driving for three hours. We arrived at noon. They said the house wasn’t ready, but that we could unload our things inside. At 12:10 the owner went to clean alone, and by 1 p.m. the house was supposedly ready. We went in exhausted and went to bed. The next day my daughter was hospitalized, and we had no chance to use the house for two days. On the third day we saw how disgusting it was. A stable would be cleaner. The pots weren’t clean, the kitchen was greasy, the walls were covered in cobwebs, and the bathroom was full of mold. The bedroom was dirty, with unlined wall sockets, damp, and cobwebs everywhere. The coffee table was more comfortable than the bed. The washing machine wouldn’t open, and the hood was covered in dust and cobwebs. It seemed like a house that hadn’t been used for years, although other children had stayed there before us. You can’t do a thorough clean in an hour. The place needs to be kept sanitized, especially when I’d told them I was arriving with a small child who needed surgery. I’m taking legal action because I hate people who want to get rich without earning their money. My daughter needed surgery for a problem, and she shouldn’t have had to go to hospital for other illnesses she caught in this place. Stay away from these guys.

The neighborhood is great, and all the attractions are close enough to reach on foot. Walking around is pleasant, so forget about public transportation. The apartment and building are splendid, very clean, and well equipped.

My sister suggested this place, and she was right, it’s lovely, clean, and well maintained. It’s very central and well connected. Sara greeted us and was kind and very helpful. Nothing to complain about.
