Iris Guest House

The place turned out to be very good, and it pleasantly surprised me, especially after what I’d seen in the Google reviews. I’d booked already and was hoping everything would be fine. Google says the accommodation doesn’t exist, though I don’t know why, and I don’t understand the negative reviews. I can say it does exist, and it’s a good place to stay. It’s right beside the train station, with excellent connections for getting around. There are lots of shops and very good restaurants nearby, especially with the station being so large and full of stores. Our room was very nice and clean, and we didn’t need anything else. The owner was extremely kind, replied to messages right away, and gave us useful advice.

The owner was so kind and caring, and made our stay special. She even carried our overweight luggage up and down. Everything was amazing, and we’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was extremely comfortable and clean, and the windows did an excellent job of keeping out sound. We were very happy here. The building itself is a bit dodgy, but cheaper accommodation in Italy often comes in buildings styled just like it. Earlier reviews are seriously out of date, or written by people who couldn’t find the address. This guest house is NOT a scam. It’s run by a very sweet, helpful lady.

We had a great experience. The place was spotless and stylishly modern, with a very friendly staff. The location near Termini Station is fantastic, and the room had great air conditioning and a cool shower. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, including a washing machine. PS, I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Maybe competitors are leaving them.
