The owner was really helpful, and the staff were friendly. My room was spacious, comfortable and very tidy, with everything I needed. The private bathroom was lovely, with a window, a comfortable shower stall and a bidet. Shower gel and shampoo were there too, and housekeeping was efficient. The shared kitchen was more than adequate, and the price seemed reasonable. I’d say it exceeded my expectations. It’s also a handy spot for public transport, close to Tiburtina and the MM train station.

The rooms and house were clean, tidy and smelled fresh, and we had no problems. The staff were qualified, friendly and available at all hours. The business is in a convenient spot near Tiburtina Station and has lots of amenities, even for families. I highly recommend it.

I stayed here for a competition at the Fiera di Roma and found it easy to get around thanks to the nearby Tiburtina station. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s an excellent property, and I’ve already booked another stay. Thanks, Giuseppe, see you soon 🤗
