Karina Suite

Sergio, the apartment owner, was caring and cheerful. I stayed four nights, and the location was the biggest plus, just two streets behind the train station. We’d been unsure about sharing the bathroom and toilet, but both the bathroom and rooms were very clean. Good location, service, and price 👍

The host was so kind and gave us a map, taking the time to explain the city and places to visit. We had a double room with a private bathroom and a free espresso machine. The location worked perfectly, right by Termini station and about a 15-20 minute walk from most destinations. Definitely recommend.

Great price, and there are lots of good places to eat within walking distance. We stayed two nights in October 2021, and the owner was courteous and helpful. Our clean, tidy room had its own bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a lovely window/balcony where we slept with it open for fresh air. There was also a small fridge, safe, and hair dryer. The train and bus station are only a few blocks away, and the shared area had tea and coffee. Remember the city tax is €3.50 per person per night.

The balcony, which you could only reach through the kitchen, was dirty and covered in cigarette butts. Inside, the apartment was dirty too, with a mouldy bathroom and some uncovered electrical outlets with wires sticking out. If you’re looking at Airbnb, the bathroom and hallway photos didn’t show the actual rooms in this “suite.”
