Room 305 was in a very convenient location, within walking distance of many attractions in a nice, pleasant area. But the room was dirty, with multiple stains on the bed sheets, and I found it very uncomfortable to sleep there. The bathroom was worse. It smelled strongly of something like rotten eggs mixed with old pipes, and the smell never seemed to go away. The toilet had serious problems too. Flushing didn’t work properly, the tank took a very long time to refill, and when it finally flushed, water splashed back out. That felt unhygienic and was frustrating. I’d seen reviews from months earlier describing the same flushing issue, so it clearly hadn’t been fixed. Despite the convenient location, the poor cleanliness and bathroom problems made the stay very unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it makes significant improvements.

It was good value for money, and I’d recommend staying here. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was hot water for bathing. The building felt very secure, with a locked door that opened automatically using our own keys. The metro station was just a three-minute walk away, and the area felt very safe, with banks and businesses nearby. The receptionist was very polite and happy to answer any questions.

We couldn’t come because of a dangerous medical event in the family and the security situation. We let them know a few days beforehand, but they wouldn’t cancel the booking or refund us, so all the money was wasted. I don’t recommend booking here, because if something happens, you may not get your money back. You’ve been warned.

A very so-so stay. The location was great and the staff were friendly, but hot water and the AC/heater were hit or miss most days.

The place was clean, which was the one good thing about it. Getting anyone at reception took repeated calls, and even after I asked for a balcony room, they gave me a different room for the same price. Bring your own hair dryer, too, since they don't provide one. I wouldn't call it amazing; to me it felt like a 2-star place, not 3.
