Elena was thoughtful about the details and even arranged an early continental breakfast when we needed one, with several options. The rooms were clean and tidy, with all the essentials. The location is convenient for different kinds of transport, and the area felt safe even late in the evening. A perfect stay in Rome!

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was enough for us. Elena was a great host, happy to help and full of useful tips. The location worked really well as a base, and the price for what we got was great.

Right beside Cipro Metro and the Vatican museum, in a safe area. The owner is a sweetheart and knows the neighborhood well, including good places to eat nearby. This is a small bed and breakfast with nice rooms and acceptable amenities, plus a shared kitchen and a typical Italian breakfast served at 8. I'd stay again, 10/10.

Elena was gracious and took care of a lot for us. She arranged a private airport transfer and booked our Vatican tour. Since we had to leave before breakfast that morning, she set us up to eat at the cafe around the corner. The train station was an easy walk away, with just a few stops to Roma Termini. Nearby Bar Lupa cafe had the best and cheapest coffee we found in Rome. There's also a handy lavanderia next door and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bed was a little hard, though not the worst we've had. Getting in and out of the shower could be difficult for a larger person because the opening is only a little over 30cm wide.
