Elena was welcoming and very helpful. We spent three wonderful nights in a new, clean, well-equipped room. The location is great, right by Piazza del popolo, the metro, and several buses. Highly recommended!

For all three days we stayed, there was no hot water each evening, and sometimes not in the morning either. With Rome so hot, having a warm shower in the evening really matters.

Just a two-minute walk from Piazza del Popolo, with hosts who were so helpful and accommodating. It's impeccably clean and offers excellent value for money.

The walls and front door are so thin that the neighbor's alarm woke me up 😀.

We hardly needed the metro, since it was so easy to walk to Rome's loveliest sights from this very central guesthouse, just steps from Piazza del Popolo. The rooms are worthy of a top-notch hotel. We also really liked the breakfast at the bar, a welcome change from the packaged croissants, coffee, and cappuccino in vending machines that we found at almost every B&B. We'll definitely return.
