They made checking in after closing time really easy. The room was brilliant, clean, and nicely put together, and it ticked all my boxes for a very reasonable price. I'd definitely stay there again if I come back to Rome.

This was a really scary experience, and arguably the worst place to stay. The owner first pressured us to pay through a link sent on WhatsApp while we were at the property, then charged our credit card through booking.com right after. He was aggressive, and we never met him there. Check-in was self-service, but he kept sending urgent messages asking us to pay. We've complained to booking.com several times, but he still hasn't replied or resolved the issue.

We were two 19-year-olds visiting Roma for the first time, and the room was a pleasant surprise: clean and spacious, with a really kind host. For anyone without a big budget, the price is great and the quality is there and then some. The rooms are about an 8-minute walk from the Coliseum, so the location works well for sightseeing without a car or subway. There was no fridge.

The room was cozy, comfortable, and very clean, and the location worked well. Simone was so friendly and thoughtful. Thank you!

The staff were so kind and spoke English fluently. After checkout, I realized I'd lost my passport, and someone came straight to the hotel at 6am to let me back in and search the room. They even arranged a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious enough, clean, and had a private toilet. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'm so grateful!
