We had a fantastic night in the Alhambra suite. The hot tub worked perfectly, and there was a private sauna and LED lighting. Such an otherworldly experience, whether you're a couple or just taking some much-needed time for yourself.

The workers got back to me quickly, and I enjoyed all the treats. Parking was hard to find, but I still can't wait to try another package.

When we first got to the room, it all looked lovely, but the evening was a letdown. Neither Netflix nor the internet worked because there was no working Wi-Fi. I contacted customer service on WhatsApp, and they told me to use my own hotspot, even though I understood internet to be a service they offered. Then the remote stopped working because its batteries were dead. I sent a video showing the problem, and they replied, “Yes, it's possible, we apologize.” We left in under two hours. A terrible experience, and one I wouldn't repeat.

The setting looked beautiful, but check-in and the assistance weren't as good. Once the pool was switched on, it didn't seem very clean. Long black hairs, though my partner is blonde, and little bits of residue came back up through the jets. I couldn't tell if they were skin or sediment.
