The room was basic but clean, with AC and a lovely bathroom. There was no breakfast, though the kitchen had all the facilities. Our host was friendly. The apartment is in a block: go through the main door and courtyard, then take the lift to the second floor. It's very close to the Vatican, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is nice, near Ottiviano Metro and the river. There's also a nice local market behind the block on Saturday.

The room was spotless and updated, and we really liked the privacy of the location. The hosts were friendly and the service was great. It's only a few blocks from the Vatican and the Metro station. We'd definitely book again.

Set in a quiet courtyard, it's not far from the walls of Vatican City and makes a great starting point for exploring Rome. The rooms are very well presented, with plenty of facilities and a large modern bathroom. There are lots of good nearby restaurants, and locals eat there too.

We had an amazing stay at Maison Maneli, with the Vatican and plenty more just steps away in a great area. Renzo couldn't do enough for us whenever we needed help. The place is much more than a 3* accommodation. Our modern room was spotless and cleaned daily, with fresh towels every other day or whenever we wanted them. There's a fridge in the room for drinks, plus a shared kitchen area with a TV, coffee machine and pods, microwave, sink, fridge, table and chairs. Thank you, Andrea & Zoe Billitteri.

The room had a mini bar, great air con, a private bathroom, and a safe box. It was cleaned daily, and we could use the shared kitchen's coffee machine, water bottles and microwave. No one was at reception during the day, but the owner came by in the afternoon and helped with our questions. Maison Maneli is a quiet mini hotel, away from tourist crowds but close to the main attractions. St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums are an easy 10-minute walk, Piazza Navona, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and Via del Corso are 20 minutes away, and Ottaviano and Lepanto metro stations are a 5-minute walk. There's a large supermarket right outside with all the basics. Everything was perfect.
