We spent three nights here and were happy with everything. The ground-floor apartment is easy to get into, with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and clothes washer. The heating and A/C worked great. There’s a grocery store next door, along with a small bar and pizza place. It’s also close to lots of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, about an 8-minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the Colosseum. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next Rome trip.

The host was easy to reach and helpful, and we loved the place. It felt good and was very clean, with ground-floor access. Both the living room and bedroom had effective AC, and the location was perfect, near metro and bus stops as well as Roma Termini. One thing to mention, though not a complaint: the TV wasn’t smart, so it couldn’t play YouTube or Netflix. We have kids who sometimes like watching YouTube or Netflix Kids.

There were four of us, and we had plenty of space. The apartment had everything we needed, including coffee and tea, so there was no need to run to a shop after arriving. I’m still very positive about the apartment and the service, and give it a 5. The hairdryer is fixed in place, though, and you have to keep the button held down while using it, which is awkward. The bed in the room with the kitchenette was soft and squeaky, and there was street noise in that room.

I’d rather have this little apartment to myself than be shut in a hotel room. It’s a beautiful, modern, clean place, and it had everything: pots, pans, plates, cutlery, detergents, an iron, stove and oven, microwave, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, and more. Truly lovely. Whenever I go to Rome, this will be my favorite place. A 10 out of 10.
