The breakfast was a highlight, with a different selection each day. The staff serving it were excellent and helpful, and having breakfast by the window was really enjoyable. Everything was very clean. There are also lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The location is central, though you’ll still walk about 10-15 minutes to get around. The 18-square-meter rooms feel quite small, especially with the old furniture, and the bathroom is so tight you can barely fit in. The electrical system feels outdated and doesn’t use a standard key card, which is a bit inconvenient. For a four-star hotel, it doesn’t quite meet typical expectations, but it’s still a nice place overall.

Sara was particularly kind and respectful, and the staff were excellent, especially in the breakfast area. We really appreciated how they treated us, and housekeeping did a great job too. We had a very pleasant stay and were truly satisfied. The location was perfect, and we loved the new building.

The lounge area was handy, with charging ports, and holding our luggage helped since our room wasn’t available when we arrived on an early morning flight. I had a good, clean room at hotel Mascagni, in a fairly central spot near termini station. Service was good overall, though when I needed something ironed I had to go to a separate floor and do it myself.

The staff were kind, friendly, and professional, and housekeeping came daily, changing all the towels without being asked. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection and new items each day. The rooms were very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere at night. From the moment I arrived, Hotel Mascagni felt like it met a very high standard. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice stay in clean, spacious rooms, and the staff even brought us a basket of fruit. The location worked well for tourists, and breakfast was delicious. The problem was that we were charged for the minibar after being told it was free.
