We had a triple room, and the beds made it hard to get a decent night’s sleep. Both twin beds felt like sleeping on the floor, and the pullout sagged on both sides so the crossbars came through the mattress. My brother’s single/king room had the same issue with the air conditioning as ours. Rome was over 80 degrees, but when I asked about the AC, I was told they might not turn it on until June and there was nothing they could do. With the windows open, the room finally got somewhat cooler around 2 or 3 a.m. on both nights. We stayed two nights and really wish I’d booked somewhere else. Save your back and the frustration of not sleeping, and find a better place.
