They explain everything in detail and are very kind. The place is close to metro stations, and the Colosseum can be reached in a few minutes. Getting to the airport takes about an hour and costs around 5 euros per person. The location is very good, and they clean and tidy the accommodation every morning. My only complaint is that it needs slippers 😂 Highly recommended. See you again!

We stayed five nights, and I wouldn’t go back. The rooms were much smaller than they looked in the pictures, there was no air conditioning, and the pillows were old and poor quality. When I asked, they wouldn’t replace them or give me another one. They also changed the towels only once, even though I asked for fresh ones each day. There’s just one coffee machine for the whole place, and the shower enclosure is transparent. They didn’t have a baby bed, either. The safe was broken, and when we asked for a refund on arrival, they refused. A really bad place. Don’t go.

I’d happily stay here again if I come back to Rome. The room and location were both perfect.

The luggage storage was a real help, and we could use it until shortly before leaving. We were a group of ten with three rooms, and had a great stay. Everything was clean, tidy, and welcoming, while check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The location is excellent, and I’d recommend the property.
